It is rather the effect of individual efforts towards various applications and freedom to express onself which triggers excellent results from our graduates……
One aspect is that we place more importance on education as well as careers. By the time, the students reach an age of 21 or so, they would have gained a degree and enthusiasm to work. The educational system here makes them competitive which in turn makes them hard-working. In developed countries, people are not generally competitive in nature compared to us.
Sreeja’s view that individuals are capable of putting self-motivated work seems true, and could be the reason why they do well in academics.
