We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile Lead to drive the development and implementation of innovative mobile solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background in mobile development, coupled with leadership and team management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Lead the design, development, and deployment of mobile applications, ensuring high performance and scalability.
• Team Management: Guide and mentor a team of mobile developers, fostering collaboration and skill development.
• Project Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, timelines, and deliverables. Plan and allocate resources effectively to meet project milestones.
• Code Review and Quality Assurance: Review code to maintain high development standards. Ensure all deliverables meet quality benchmarks and user expectations.
• Technology Evaluation: Stay updated with the latest mobile technologies and frameworks. Make recommendations for adopting tools that enhance performance and user experience.
• Client Collaboration: Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, gathering requirements and translating them into actionable development plans.
• Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in mobile applications.
• Documentation: Maintain clear and concise documentation for technical designs, development processes, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in mobile application development, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Proficiency in mobile app development frameworks and tools (e.g., Android, iOS, Flutter, React Native).
