Gabriele is the main link between Swiss clients and our Indian Team. He has immense experience in management of web projects and is also an expert in client communication and handling. He is responsible for project management, requirement engineering and smooth delivery of projects with high quality. He acquired his experience in a large Swiss agency and having graduated in communication and management, he also supports PIT Solutions in business and marketing decisions. Gabriele holds a Bachelors Degree in Communication and a Master Degree in Management.

Thomaskutty Sebastian is based in Switzerland and is leading the business development activities of PIT Solutions. Thomaskutty has played the key role in generating new business and building the solid client-base that PITS has today. Thomaskutty has, during his early years led projects for the Department of Science and Technology, Govt. of India. Thomaskutty holds a Masters Degree in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, and an Executive MBA conducted by EPFL (Swiss Federal Institute of Technology) and l'Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales de l'Université de Lausanne (HEC). He has also undergone a certificate program in Business from the University of Texas, Austin. Further, he holds an Executive Masters in e-governance from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (EPFL), for which he travelled extensively to institutes in countries like Belgium, Finland, Germany, Canada and Mexico.

Rafeek Mohammed leads the operations of the PIT Solutions Development Center in India. Rafeek is the chief strategist and visionary for the development and expansion of PIT Solutions in Asia. He has extensive experience in finance and insurance, where numerous projects under his leadership have been successfully completed.

Rafeek has a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and a diploma from C-DAC in advanced computing. Prior to co-founding PIT Solutions, he worked in several international companies in India, Europe and the US. His long-term vision for developing innovative products complements PITS services. His expertise and management skills are the ingredients that have made PIT Solutions their success to date.

Jazna heads one of the largest teams in the company. She has immense experience in management of web projects and is also an expert in client handling. With her strong communication skills and understanding of the business side, she works closely with clients from Europe during all phases of the implementation cycle. The Dotnet team she handles started in 2008 with 60 resources and has now more than 100 resources. She is involved in the entire lifecycle of the project from requirement gathering to ensuring a smooth delivery. Her main focus is on risk analysis and risk mitigation.

Azeef heads the TYPO3 and web development team. He has undergone onsite technical training from the market leaders of TYPO3 in the Netherlands and has immense experience in management, development and implementation of TYPO3 and other web related projects. He was one of the first TYPO3 certified integrators from INDIA. He had attended TYPO3 conferences (T3CON) held in Europe and also have presented papers. PIT Solutions have a solid TYPO3 team under him and we are the only official TYPO3 Solution Partner from INDIA. Azeef holds a Bachelors Degree in Electronics and Communication.

Ajesh is responsible for project management and requirement engineering. He mostly handles projects developed in PHP using frameworks like Symfony and Laravel. After acquiring Bachelor Engineering Degree in Electronics and Communication, he started his career with PIT Solutions. He has a total of 18 years industry experience. He has hands on experience on all the different stages of software development. He also works closely with clients during the user acceptance phase, provides quick support, and focuses on ensuring and enhancing complete client satisfaction.

Jacob is a professional with a passion for project management. After completing his Master’s Degree in Software Engineering, Jacob started his career as a Classic ASP Programmer and in his way forward he had worked with various tools and technologies. Ruby on Rails is one of the core area he focusses and he manages our product VirtualX which is developed on Ruby on Rails.

During his 12+ years of professional career, Jacob is with PIT Solutions for the last 9 Years leading and managing teams and projects in various domains and technologies like Ruby on Rails and PHP.

With an IT consulting background and over 20 years’ experience in Microsoft technologies and Project Management, Pedro has a successful track record of setting up and managing software development teams in both near and off-shore models, and in delivering solutions to tackle complex business problems. Mr.Cordeiro worked with startups to very large companies. In his previous role, he was heading software development and delivery of Frontiers, a leading Open Access Publisher and Open Science Platform. He also worked with large IT technology companies like Cap Gemini, ESRI, Bull etcPedro possess a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from ISTEC, Portugal and a Post-Graduation in Project Management. He is also a certified Scrum Master

Fiona Hilpertshauser works closely with our clients and our team in India as Junior Web Project Manager. She completed her apprenticeship as a designer for advertising technology and has always continued her education in the graphic arts. Currently Fiona is studying web design and development in Zurich. She is very interested in designing and implementing web applications and web shops

Kaj Maring is working with us as Junior Project Manager and works closely with our clients and the project teams in India. He is a skilled electronic engineer and has several years of work experience in the areas of application development and testing. He also have cross cultural work experience. In his previous job, he worked with teams from Slovakia and China. His passion has always been web and application development. That made him to do a career switch and join PIT Solutions.

Besides working at PITS, Kaj is currently studying software engineering at the University of Applied Sciences in Rapperswil.

Vanessa Celano works as Junior Web Project Manager at our Swiss office. At her last job, she was working as a Digital Marketing Manager. In this role, she has managed several Website and Webshop projects for small-medium clients (SME) in Switzerland. Besides that she also possess experience in Search Engine Marketing ( SEM) and Search Engine Advertising (SEA). At PIT Solutions, she is responsible to manage digital projects for our clients.

She did a commercial apprenticeship at a Lawyer’s office and will soon finish her Bachelor's Degree in Business communication.

Soumia heads the Magento Team. She has many years of experience in management, development and implementation of web projects. She works with clients from Europe, understands the business side of technology, organizes, tracks, controls the project activities while ensuring that the project is delivered on time with required quality standards. She communicates clearly and works closely with clients during the user acceptance phase and focuses on ensuring complete client satisfaction. Soumia holds a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering.

Thara is a software testing professional, practicing testing and leading test projects of various sizes. She has spent around a decade in the field of software testing. In her current role as a Test Manager, she is responsible for test management and prompt delivery of quality products. She is a certified ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager (CTAL – TM) and holds a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from California. She is currently focused on building a core automation team, in order to leverage the overall testing activities of the organization.

Sunil heads our frontend and mobile development team. He has immense experience with Frontend technologies and web design. He has also expreince with data-streaming and online trading during early stages of his career. He has also worked earlier with a Media Giant, Asianet Satellite Communications Ltd. where he had the chance to prove his skills in web technologies and several computer languages. Currently, he aims at enhancing his skills further over hybrid mobile applications, single page applications and others. Sunil is a Commerce Graduate holding a Postgraduate Diploma in Computers.

Shahul is our Lead Frontend Developer. He holds a Bachelor degree in Information Technology. He has more than 8 years of experience in Frontend technologies like HTML5, CSS3, Vanilla Javascript and popular Javascript libraries/frameworks.

His goal is to successfully work with the Frontend team in order to bring to the life the concept and achieve the finest result. His area of interest is Hybrid mobile and Web game development.

Hakkim is the team lead of our WordPress team and is managing projects in WordPress, Drupal and Laravel. He is the contact point of our Swiss team with India mainly for WordPress projects. He is planning, managing and executing projects in co-ordination with QA and front end team. He has many years of experience in WordPress theme integration, plugin development, Widget creation, WPMU.

Nooh is our Mobile application developer. He holds a Bachelor degree in Computer Science and Engineering. He worked as a Microsoft student partner. Nooh has more than 3 years of experience in Native and Hybrid mobile app development. His area of interest is IoT and machine learning.

Shibu Padmavathy heads the SAP Commerce Practice at PITS Development center in India. In a career spanning 25 years, he has played a significant role in building and delivering IT Solutions to many Fortune 500 organizations across the world. Before associating with PITS, he has worked in multinational companies in Japan, Europe United States and India. He is a SAP ERP veteran with close to 18 years’ experience in various SAP implementation/integration projects. He has a wide spectrum of expertise in Digital Commerce, SAP ERP Implementation and Supply Chain Optimization Solutions.

Shibu has a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Engineering. Over the past 6 years in years in PITS, he primarily built the SAP Commerce Practice. His expertise was instrumental in successful execution multi-brand multi country commerce solutions.

Ravikumar is a Team lead who is handling complex web and mobile projects. His day to day tasks involves managing team at PITS and working closely with clients, understanding their wishes and implement it through his team.

After acquiring Post graduation in Computer Science, he started his career with PIT Solutions in 2011.

Now he has a total of 10 years of experience. He is responsible for project management, requirement gathering, and executing projects in coordination with QA and front end team. He is responsible for managing projects involving various technologies like PHP/Symfony, Python/Djano, React Native etc

Mary Tresa Scaria is responsible for Accounting & Finance at PIT Solutions, Switzerland. After her Bachelor Degree in Mathematics, she did her Chartered Accounting studies at ICAI.

In the past, she has worked for companies like Citi Private Bank, Burger King Headquarters, Switzerland. In Citi Bank, she was responsible for private banking clients whereas at Burger King she was responsible for consolidation of accounting from EMEA entities of Burger King.

Susanna Nguyen works for us as a Junior Project Manager and is responsible for the implementation of digital projects for our customers.

She completed a commercial apprenticeship in an international software company and graduated with a bachelor's degree in business administration from the ZHAW School of Management and Law. During her studies, she wrote a bachelor thesis on the topic of website optimization and developed a passion for corresponding projects. In her previous job as a communication planner, she managed marketing campaigns for various international as well as local clients.
