Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead Front End Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate shoukld have 7-10 years of experience in front end development and a strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React JS, Next JS, HTML, and CSS. Know how in React Native and Vue JS are a plus. As a Lead Front End Developer, you will lead our mobile and front-end development teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and performant applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of front end and mobile developers, providing technical guidance and support.
• Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance web and mobile applications.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend developers to deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Code Quality: Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards to maintain code quality and consistency.
• Project Management: Oversee the front end and mobile development lifecycle, including planning, task allocation, and timeline management.
• Innovation: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications are cutting-edge.
• Optimization: Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Testing: Implement and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure the reliability of the applications.

Requirements:

• Experience: 7-10 years of professional experience in front end development.
• Technical Skills
  • JavaScript/TypeScript: Expert proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • React JS & Next JS: Extensive experience with React JS and Next JS frameworks.
  • React Native: Proven experience with React Native for mobile application development.
  • HTML/CSS: Strong skills in HTML and CSS, with a solid understanding of responsive design principles. 
     
• State Management: Proficiency with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.
• API Integration: Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
• Version Control: Proficient with Git and version control workflows.
• Testing: Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, and Detox.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Architecture: Experience with front end architecture and design patterns.
• Continuous Integration: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools.
• Cloud Services: Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Firebase, or Azure.
• Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Open Source: Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in the developer community.
