About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Flutter Developer with 5+ years of experience in mobile development, including 3+ years using Flutter and Dart. This role involves building scalable, high-performance mobile apps for Android and iOS, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mobile apps using Flutter and Dart
• Translate Figma designs into responsive UI components
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services
• Implement features like notifications, location, and payments
• Optimize app performance and resolve issues
• Use state management tools (BLoC, Provider, GetX, Riverpod)
• Publish and manage apps on Play Store and App Store
• Support team growth through code reviews and mentorship
• Participate in Agile workflows

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years in mobile development, including 3+ years in Flutter
• Proficient in state management and API integration
• Experience deploying apps on both iOS and Android
• Strong understanding of mobile architecture and UI best practices
• Familiarity with Flutter-supported local databases
• Clear communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift/Obj-C)
• Exposure to cloud platforms and CI/CD workflows
• Familiarity with secure storage and app optimization techniques
• Hands-on with animations and custom widgets
