We are looking for a dynamic, strategic leader to join our rapidly expanding team as Senior Manager – IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity. Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership & Business Growth
- Develop and execute the business unit’s strategy in alignment with organizational goals.
- Identify growth opportunities, new technologies, and market trends to enhance service offerings.
- Drive revenue and profitability by expanding the customer base and improving service efficiency.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies.
2. IT Infrastructure Management
- Oversee enterprise-wide IT infrastructure, including cloud computing, data centers, networks, and on-premises solutions.
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of IT systems and infrastructure.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Oversee software licensing and ensure compliance with licensing agreements.
- Manage the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to maintain accurate records of IT assets and configurations.
3. Cybersecurity & Compliance
- Develop and implement cybersecurity frameworks, policies, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, and other relevant regulations.
- Lead risk assessments, vulnerability management, and incident response strategies.
- Oversee the implementation of advanced security solutions, including SIEM, IAM, endpoint protection, and SOC operations.
4. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead and mentor teams of IT infrastructure and cybersecurity professionals.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including C-level executives, clients, and regulators.
5. Digital Transformation & Innovation
- Drive automation, cloud adoption, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Evaluate emerging technologies such as AI-driven security, Zero Trust, and DevSecOps.
- Enhance IT service management (ITSM) and optimize operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: 14+ years
Technical Skills:
- Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud computing (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and networking.
- Deep knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and compliance standards.
- Experience with cybersecurity tools like SIEM, EDR, IAM, and firewalls.
- Understanding of DevSecOps, Zero Trust, and automation technologies.
- ITIL, ISO 27001, and NIST cybersecurity framework knowledge.
- Experience with software licensing management and CMDB.
Leadership & Business Skills:
- Proven ability to lead, manage, and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong business acumen with experience in budgeting, P&L management, and strategic planning.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and negotiation skills.
