About the Role:

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager (TPM) with a strong foundation in .NET technologies and Generative AI tools to lead the development of intelligent digital products. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of hands-on technical experience, product ownership mindset, and Agile leadership, with a deep understanding of how to translate evolving business needs into scalable, high-impact solutions.

As a TPM, you will work at the intersection of strategy, development, and customer value, playing a hybrid role that spans Product Manager, Product Owner, and Technical Contributor. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in building products end-to-end - from ideation to release - and is equally comfortable contributing individually to architecture, prototyping, or coding as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Define and manage the product roadmap for AI-enabled .NET-based applications.
• Translate complex business objectives into executable product plans, MVPs, and clear user stories.
• Gather and prioritize feature enhancements and customer feedback.
• Align business goals, user value, and AI/ML capabilities into a cohesive, outcome-driven product vision.

2. Technical Execution & Development

• Lead solution design, architecture planning, and prototyping with .NET and Gen AI tools.
• Work closely with engineering teams to implement scalable back-end and front-end components.
• Maintain active involvement in technical feasibility analysis, code reviews, and critical path development activities.
• Ensure data integrity, performance, and compliance across the development lifecycle.

3. Agile Product Delivery

• Lead Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives, and Release Planning.
• Own and manage the product backlog, and use tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, and Confluence to ensure visibility and alignment.
• Adapt product delivery processes to fit team context, using Agile or hybrid frameworks without losing focus on customer value and feature impact.

4. Stakeholder & Team Collaboration

• Act as the central point of contact between engineering, AI/ML, design, and business teams.
• Translate business needs and technical insights into actionable roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Collaborate with regional leads and clients for solution reviews, demos, UAT, and go-to-market enablement.
• Communicate priorities, trade-offs, and product status across both technical and non-technical audiences.

5. Performance Optimization & Product Lifecycle Management

• Monitor usage metrics, analyze adoption trends, and drive data-informed feature improvements.
• Guide product enhancement, maintenance, and lifecycle planning—including decisions around sunsetting or scaling.
• Ensure alignment with DevOps pipelines, CI/CD automation, and AI model deployment workflows.

Key Skills Required:

1. Technical & Product Expertise

• Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC/Web API, and SQL.
• Familiarity with Gen AI tools (e.g., Azure OpenAI, LangChain, Copilot integrations).
• Exposure to frontend frameworks like Vue.js, React, or Angular.
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms: Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP.
• Understanding of DevOps practices including CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices.

2. Product Leadership

• Demonstrated experience in end-to-end product lifecycle ownership, from concept to release.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, backlog refinement, and stakeholder prioritization.
• Ability to switch contexts seamlessly between strategic planning and technical execution.
• Experience translating customer needs and AI capabilities into compelling, usable features.
